Verdict
Given the high price point and the significant number of consumer complaints about the company, we’d suggest proceeding with caution if you’re considering the Serta SleepTrue mattress. It’s not that’s it’s a bad mattress. It’s not. In our opinion, though – and we see a lot of mattresses – you could get a better deal elsewhere without spending as much money.
